Description for Nursing:

A good memory and excellent communication skills are required. This staff nurse will assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment which will be conducive to the best interest and welfare of the residents.

Assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing disorders. Assume primary responsibility for all respiratory care modalities. CNA Job Responsibilities:
Providing personal care and assistance to the residents in our facility which includes: dressing, grooming, assistance in personal hygiene, feeding, bathing and much more.

Transport RN
The Transportation RN is responsible for the transporting and caring of the residents to appointments and on outings. The Transportation RN will also act as an RN in providing care to residents. Primarily will be a M- F position and hours will vary depending on the appointments. The Transport RN will also act a floor nurse when there no transport and may be mandated to pick up shifts as needed.
General Responsibilities:
Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.

Paramedic

In this critical role, you will be responsible for transportation of our ventilator/bariatric residents to various appointments throughout Iowa, Missouri, and Illinois. while supporting our mission to provide exceptional patient care. Hours may vary to accommodate appointments. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of our patients.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient transitions.
Scheduling upcoming and follow up appointments.
Assist with preauthorization of insurance.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
Current certification as a Paramedic in Iowa.
Current BLS certification.
Experience with ventilator care preferred .
Proven experience in emergency medical services or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in high-stress environments.
Familiarity with medical terminology and patient assessment procedures.
Valid Iowa driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
Must be able to pass criminal background check.
